Q : Why does the power adapter output have higher output than some other small PCs?
A : The VIA ARTiGO A2000 is a system that support two 3.5" HDD inside, whereas most others only support one 2.5" HDD. 3.5" HDD need more power to operate.

Q : Why does the VIA ARTiGO A2000 support 3.5" HDD but not 2.5" HDD?
A : From the storage point of view, a 3.5" HDD has a better cost/Megabyte value than a 2.5" HDD; which means the cost per MB on a 3.5" HDD is much cheaper than a 2.5". Therefore users can save money on hard drive costs.

Q : Which download software (FTP/P2P) can be supported by the A2000?
A : The VIA ARTiGO A2000 follows the standard x86 PC architecture and runs most popular PC OSes such as Microsoft Windows XP/Vista, Linux, etc. Therefore, almost any software can be used with the A2000.
