To give developers the power to utilize and harness the power of VIA PadLock™ , VIA has designed a suite of APIs covering the implementation of every feature within the VIA PadLock Security Engine. These are available for download free of charge.

In addition to the APIs, VIA has also included full documentation on how to implement and use the Security Engine, with program examples and comprehensive explanations.

VIA PadLock Certification

Developers who have already incorporated VIA PadLock technology in their software applications can apply to become a VIA PadLock Certified Partner. This is offered free of charge, and approved vendors are included on our Certified Partner list, which profiles the application and how VIA PadLock is used.
