You can be driving with VIA with January's exciting new devices on display at our regular press event at Piero's Restaurant, opposite the Convention Center during CES 2004! The very latest, coolest telematics (car PC) systems for keeping you entertained, informed, connected and going in the right direction, VIA is truly inspiring the next generation of on-the-road smart digital devices.

There were also some high end PCs that feature VIA’s performance core logic chipset technology, new networking and home entertainment systems, a new golf simulator, and of course, there will be robots – now a popular feature at Piero’s events!

There was also a very special announcement of a whole new living room entertainment device: the ApeXtreme, an all-new PC gaming and entertainment system based on the VIA Glory Personal Gaming Console Platform.

Gasoline Alley - Telematics Spectacular!
An amazing range of automobile telematics for entertainment, navigation, communication, guidance and safety, all demonstrating how the x86 platform is the key to taking the latest information and multimedia with you on the road. Big names who were there include CarPlayer.com, CastelTek Systems, iTuner Networks, Monarch, Premier GPS, Truman Mobile and Xenarc Technologies!
